1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using MaxRemix AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
3. AI-generated content
Design recommendations, budgets, dimensions and imagery are generated by AI and provided for inspiration only. They are estimates and should not replace professional advice from a licensed interior designer, architect or contractor.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the photos you scan. Because processing is performed locally on your device, we do not claim any rights over your content.
5. Purchases
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store policies.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxRemix AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
